R.M. Young Company Completes Acquisition of Texas Electronics

Benford Capital Partners ("Benford Capital" or "BCP") and R.M. Young Company, LLC ("R.M. Young") are pleased to announce the acquisition of Texas Electronics, Inc. ("Texas Electronics" or the "Company").

Founded in 1956 and headquartered in Dallas, TX, Texas Electronics is a leading North American manufacturer of research-grade precipitation sensors. The Company offers a range of models built to National Weather Service and World Meteorological Organization specifications. For decades, Texas Electronics' sensors have been used by research institutions, weather networks, and system integrators for precise rainfall monitoring.
