Montgomery County ADAs Sworn in as Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys

FONDA - Montgomery County District Attorney Christina Pearson announced today that Acting U.S. Attorney John Sarcone of the Northern District of New York administered the oath of office to Assistant District Attorneys Manpreet Kaur and Kathleen Hofmann appointing them as Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys.

"This is an exciting opportunity for my office and for the people of Montgomery County. By having ADA Kaur and ADA Hofmann sworn in as Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys, we are strengthening our partnership with the U.S. Attorney's Office and expanding our ability to pursue justice at every level. These appointments mean more resources, stronger collaboration, and a greater ability to protect our community," Pearson said.

"I want to thank Acting U.S. Attorney John Sarcone for this opportunity and for recognizing the talent and dedication within the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. I am confident Kaur and Hofmann will represent Montgomery County with integrity and distinction."
