At the Pennsylvania Farm Show, Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding, Labor & Industry Secretary Nancy A.Walker, and Education Secretary Carrie Rowe will announce a more than $600,000 investment in Pennsylvania youth and the future of the state's $132.5 billion agriculture industry. The announcement will be made at the Shapiro Administration's Agriculture Career Expo, kicking off a day of youth and education-focused events, which Pennsylvania FFA's annual Midwinter Convention.
The 2026 Farm Show - Pennsylvania's State Fair™ - opened Saturday, January 10 and continues through Saturday, January 17, 2026. The 2026 theme, Growing A Nation, celebrates Pennsylvania's critical role in shaping the United States through agriculture. Beyond the thousands of competitions, the show highlights how Pennsylvania's farming heritage fed and shaped the early nation and how Pennsylvania's agriculture and food industries continue to drive economic growth, innovation, and future prosperity.
