Highlighting Spring 2025 Infrastructure Opportunities with Our Updated Procurement Forecast

The Infrastructure Solutions Team (IST) is committed to increasing participation from historically underutilized businesses (HUBs) on City contracts. With significant investments in infrastructure and public works underway, there has never been a more promising time for contractors and subcontractors specializing in these projects. The City is committed to building capacity to meet the growing demand across our streets, water systems, utilities, transit, and more.

The IST is proud to present the fourth edition of the Procurement Forecast, featuring approximately 130 contracting opportunities-including both public works and professional services opportunities-across five agencies. In total, these opportunities represent an estimated$360 millionin upcoming infrastructure projects.
