Evergreen Development Promotes Four to Principal

PHOENIX - September 9, 2026 - Evergreen Development, a regional commercial real estate developer headquartered in Phoenix, has promoted four members of its team to Principal: Bryan Lamond, Paula Lovesy, Matt Nielson and Heather Wiseman. The promotions recognize their long-term contributions to the company's growth across the region.

"Bryan, Paula, Matt and Heather have each played a significant role in shaping who we are as a company," said Laura Ortiz, Managing Principal and President of Evergreen. "Their promotions to Principal reflect the trust they've earned across our teams, our partners and our investors, and the leadership they bring to our platform every day."

Bryan Lamond (Principal, Retail Acquisitions) is based in the Phoenix office and has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including 10 years with Evergreen focused on retail leasing and acquisitions. He has led retail acquisition projects including The Point at Eastmark and multiple Fry's Marketplace-anchored developments, the acquisition and repositioning of Chandler Pavilions, and the redevelopment of the former Sears at Park Place Mall in Tucson. He serves on the CREDA Arizona Retail Board, is a member of ICSC, and holds a degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Paula Lovesy (Principal, Investor Relations), also based in the Phoenix office, has spent 26 years with Evergreen and plays a central role on the company's Capital Team, leading investor communications and supporting long-standing investor relationships. In addition to her work with capital partners, she has been instrumental in Evergreen's marketing efforts and oversees the planning and execution of the company's internal and external events. She is a graduate of San Francisco State University.

Matt Nielson (Principal, Retail Acquisitions) is based in the Salt Lake City office and has been with Evergreen for 10 years. In his role, he sources and executes development and acquisition opportunities, with a focus on grocery-anchored shopping centers and mixed-use projects in Utah and Idaho. His work spans the full project lifecycle, from site identification and deal structuring through entitlements, leasing, stabilization and disposition. Matt is a member of the ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network and a graduate of the Small Giants Leadership Academy. He received his bachelor's degree in English and a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Utah.

Heather Wiseman (Principal, Retail Leasing), based in the Denver office, has been with Evergreen for seven years and has 15 years of commercial real estate experience. She leads the company's retail leasing and has worked on several retail developments. Prior to Evergreen, she was a Leasing Executive with Weingarten Realty, where she led lease-up and merchandising strategy for more than two million square feet of grocery-anchored retail across Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. She is a graduate of both the ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network and the Small Giants Leadership Academy and holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

The four promotions come as Evergreen continues to expand its retail and mixed-use development pipeline across the Western United States. Each new Principal will continue in their current role while taking on a greater voice in the company's long-term strategy and direction.
