This initiative is aimed at accelerating the digitalization of the banking system, automating internal processes, and improving the quality of customer service, and is being implemented in accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-189.
The first direction of the solutions selected within the framework of AI Challenge is the development and integration into the banking system of a national Speech-to-Text (STT) model, which works in the Uzbek language and can accurately understand various dialects and banking terminology.
