ITS Annual Departmental and Organizational Account Review

Dear Campus Community,

Information Technology Services (ITS) has updated the annual review process for all departmental and organizational accounts.

If you are listed as the owner of one of these accounts, you will receive an email at some point during the year from UTHSC TechConnect (techconnect@uthsc.edu) with the title: Organizational Account Renewal Review.

In that email, please click the link titled "Approval for Organizational Account to Remain Active - Workflow Step."

You'll be asked to review the account details and select one of the following options:

• Approve - The account is still needed and should remain active.
• Reject - The account is no longer needed and should be disabled.

Your timely response helps us maintain a secure and efficient IT environment. Thank you for your attention to this updated process.
