KHI Provides Testimony on Establishing Kansas Task Force on Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies
2026 House Committee on Legislative Modernization
Kansas Health Institute Analyst Shelby C. Rowell, M.P.A., delivered neutral testimony on Feb. 9, 2026, to the House Committee on Legislative Modernization on H.B. 2592, which would create a Kansas task force on artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Rowell shared national context and policy analysis on how other states structure AI advisory bodies.
