Winterfest: Saturday, December 7
Winterfest will return on December 7, 2024 from 2:00-6:00p.m. Come to Petal Porch & Petal Plaza on Prospect Street to kick off the holiday season with live entertainment, kids' activities, food trucks, and our annual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5:00p.m. Stay tuned for more information!
Santa Visits at the Library
Santa will arrive at the Roselle Public Library District (40 S. Park St.) at 2:00p.m. to kick off Winterfest! Santa Passes will be distributed at the library on December 7 starting at 12:15p.m. Visits will begin at 2:15p.m. with the last visit session starting at 4:15p.m.
Gingerbread House Decorating Contest
Roselle Arts & Culture Foundation invites you to participate in the 4th annual Winterfest gingerbread house contest, where our community will vote for their favorite creation! Register by December 2 to join the fun. Your group can register in one of three categories: 13 and under, 14 and up, or Civic Groups & Businesses.
Participants must drop off their gingerbread house entries at the Roselle Public Library District from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. so they can be displayed during Winterfest. The 1st and 2nd place winners will be announced at the 5:00p.m. Tree Lighting Ceremony. You do not need to be present to win. Review the contest rules for more information.
