WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 30, 2026) - Today, Congressman Morgan McGarvey released the following statement after the Supreme Court ruled in Trump v. Barbara to block President Trump's executive order ending birthright citizenship:
"If you're born in the United States, you're a citizen. Period. The Trump administration is going after the legal status of anyone they don't deem worthy to live in this country, and the Supreme Court should've never entertained it for this long."
