On February 18, Vladimir Putin will hold a videoconference meeting with Government members, focusing on the modernisation of primary healthcare.

Reports will be presented by Healthcare Minister Mikhail Murashko Murashko MikhailMinister of Healthcare of the Russian Federation , Ivanovo Region Governor - Chairman of the State Council Commission on Long and Active Life Stanislav Voskresensky Voskresensky StanislavGovernor of Ivanovo Region , and Head of the Russian Popular Front Executive Committee Mikhail Kuznetsov Kuznetsov MikhailHead of the Russian Popular Front Executive Committee . During the meeting, the President will take part, via videoconference, in the opening of new healthcare facilities in Russian regions. Current issues will also be discussed.

Later in the day, the President will attend a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, where the Agency's performance in 2025 will be reviewed and goals for the upcoming period outlined. The meeting will present the results of the National Quality of Life in the Regions rating, which ASI has been compiling annually since 2021, as well as key projects in the social sphere, personnel training, ecology, entrepreneurship support, and technological development.
