MNPD Cold Case Detectives and USAR Team Searching After Skull Found Off Kirk Avenue

Cold Case Unit detectives, along with a dozen members of MNPD's Urban Search and Rescue team, are conducting a search this morning for possible additional remains in a wooded area off Kirk Avenue after a skull was located on January 2 by a passerby. The skull, which does not match any local missing persons from that area, is believed to be a male, age 28-48, who died within the last two years.
