Cox Enterprises’ Carolyn Pleiss Wins GeorgiaCIO ORBIE Award for Tech Leadership

Carolyn Pleiss, senior vice president of Integrated Business Technologies and chief information officer at Cox Enterprises, has received the GeorgiaCIO ORBIE Award in the Large Enterprises category.

This recognition honors Carolyn's leadership in advancing key technology initiatives and highlights Cox's commitment to innovation.

An Agile Certified Professional with over 25 years of industry experience, Carolyn leads Cox Enterprises' IT strategy, architecture, security, compliance, application development and infrastructure. Her accomplishments include:

• Spearheading Cox Automotive's Dealertrack integration, resulting in multimillion-dollar growth

• Integrating Data, Analytics and Intelligent Automation under a unified, product-focused strategy

• Establishing an enterprisewide AI Council to guide responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence

• Creating an AI Factory to accelerate innovation

• Launching a process mining platform to identify opportunities for efficiency
