Crain’s New York Business names three Norton Rose Fulbright partners to 2026 Notable Women in Law list

Norton Rose Fulbright Global Head of Antitrust and Competition and New York Co-Head of Litigation and DisputesRobin Adelstein, US Head of AviationAlyssa Vazquez and member of the Global Supervisory Board Ayşe Yüksel Mahfoud have been selected by Crain's New York Business as 2026 Notable Women in Law.

This honor recognizes high achieving women in the legal industry who show a strong commitment to advancing their industry and community. Recipients are selected through a peer nomination and editorial review process.

As Global Head of Antitrust and Competition, Robin guides a team of over 180 lawyers across 20 countries toward growth, helping to ensure clients remain informed amid rapidly evolving legal landscapes. Her practice includes litigating complex commercial disputes, class actions and multi-jurisdiction cases before US federal and state courts and representing clients in government enforcement actions and merger reviews.

Ayşe works on complex cross-border corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings, capital markets and SPAC transactions. As Global Head of Corporate, M&A and Securities from 2021 - 2025, Ayşe established the firm's global corporate practice group, determining its composition, long-term strategy and external positioning.

Alyssa focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border aircraft transactions, advising lessors, airlines and lenders in finance, lease and acquisition matters. In her role as US Head of Aviation, she manages a team of 12 aviation lawyers, oversees client relationships and drives industry engagement through training initiatives and thought leadership.
