On January 11, 2025, Chinese Ambassador to Samoa Fei Mingxing  invited Samoan police officers to give a briefing on Samoan security situation and laws to representatives of Chinese institutions and communities. The officers also answered questions from the audience. 

Ambassador Fei thanked the Samoa Police Service for its support to   the Chinese citizens and institutions and wished all participants a happy new year. He called members of the Chinese communities to observe local laws and regulations and make even more contributions to the cooperation between China and Samoa in 2025, while proactively preventing various security risks.
