Interface Recognized by Newsweek as One of America’s Most Responsible Companies for 2026

ATLANTA - December 18, 2025 - Interface, Inc. (NASDAQ: TILE), the global flooring solutions company and leader in sustainability, has been named one of America's Most Responsible Companies of 2026 by Newsweek. The recognition acknowledges the manufacturer's commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts, and its 30-year history as a sustainability leader. Interface received the same honor in 2025 and remains the only flooring company on the list.

Newsweek developed the list based on an extensive data collection effort and a reputation survey among U.S. residents. It ranked Interface 94th overall, with the manufacturer climbing 39 spots from 2025. This improvement underscores growing recognition of Interface's leadership in climate action and its bold goal to become carbon negative by 2040 without the use of offsets.

Interface continues to advance its ESG commitments, recognizing that strong environmental, social, and governance practices are essential to long-term success. This awards program, part of Newsweek's annual ranking in collaboration with Statista R, is in its seventh year. Eligible companies are evaluated through research of more than 30 ESG-related KPIs drawn from company reports and public data, and a large-scale consumer survey measuring public perception of corporate social responsibility.
