Pursuit appoints Jennifer Martin` vice president operations, Glacier Park Collection

Longtime Montana leader brings proven operational experience, a record of business transformation and deep community connections to her expanded role

COLUMBIA FALLS, Mont. - Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. (NYSE: PRSU) ("Pursuit") today announced the appointment of Jennifer Martin as vice president of operations of its Glacier Park Collection. A Montana native and longtime Pursuit leader, Martin brings more than a decade of operational experience, a proven record of business transformation and strong connections to the communities surrounding Glacier National Park. She has served in the role on an interim basis since August 2026.

"Jen has earned the respect and trust of our teams through her ability to lead with positivity, bring people together and deliver results," said Gary Rodgers, chief operating officer of Pursuit Pacific Northwest. "She's invested in her own growth as a leader and brings an energy and genuine care for people that makes those around her feel valued and supported. Her strong business instincts, commitment to people and understanding of this region make her the right person to lead the Glacier Park Collection into its next chapter."

Martin joined Pursuit in 2015 following retail and hospitality leadership roles at Zumiez and Backcountry. Over more than a decade with the company, she has helped transform Pursuit's retail business, evolving traditional gift shops into thoughtfully curated experiences featuring locally sourced products, sustainable goods and work by regional artisans and Indigenous makers. Her leadership has also strengthened global procurement practices, retail buying and supplier partnerships through Pursuit's Finding the Best Ways initiatives.

Born in Montana and raised in Billings, Martin has called the Flathead Valley home for more than a decade. She has volunteered with the Lions Club, Land to Hand and regional roadway cleanup efforts, reflecting a longstanding commitment to the community beyond her professional role.

"Glacier and the Flathead Valley are more than the places where we do business. They're home to our teams, our families and the communities we're proud to be part of," said Martin. "I've had the privilege of growing my career alongside some incredible people at Pursuit, and I've learned that great leadership starts with investing in people, staying curious and always looking for ways to do things better. I'm excited to lead this next chapter with our teams, building on what we've accomplished, finding new ways to elevate the guest experience and strengthening the relationships that make this region so special."

As vice president and general manager, Martin will oversee the Glacier Park Collection's attractions, lodging, retail and guest experience operations, with a focus on operational excellence, team development and strong relationships with local partners and regional stakeholders.
