Through a lively and interactive session, faculty will explore 20 easy-to-implement strategies that promote student mental health, connection and a sense of belonging -without sacrificing academic rigor. From small shifts in language and classroom norms to thoughtful course design choices, participants will leave with a toolkit of ideas they can apply immediately, fostering a classroom culture where all students feel seen, valued and empowered to succeed.
