NMMA has enhanced its enterprise systems to improve how members and customers access Business Intelligence (BI) research and reports, supporting a more streamlined and reliable experience.
As part of this transition, some BI publications are now accessed through a new platform, while others remain available in NMMA's legacy system. This phased approach allows NMMA to maintain continuity for members while advancing long-term system improvements.
To help members quickly determine where and how to access reports, NMMA has developed a dedicated FAQ page outlining which platform to use based on purchase history, how to sign in and what steps to take if assistance is needed.
Whether accessing previously purchased content or obtaining new data, the FAQs are designed to ensure a smooth experience and uninterrupted access to the insights members rely on.
