NextNav Issues Statement on FCC Regulatory Process and Strategic Priorities

October 8, 2026 | RESTON, Va - NextNav Inc. (NASDAQ:NN) released the following statement from Renee Gregory, Head of Regulatory and Government Affairs, on the FCC regulatory process and strategic priorities.

"We have full confidence in the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) rigorous review process and the Administration's commitment to strengthening America's Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) resilience - a strategic imperative that aligns with NextNav's core mission.

The regulatory path forward reflects long-standing U.S. policy objectives and the urgent need to develop a layered approach to PNT resilience. Our ground-based, 5G-powered 3D PNT solution can provide America with a near-term solution that delivers significant national security, public safety, and economic benefits, at no cost to taxpayers.

We welcome the rigor of the FCC process where technical claims can be evaluated in a fact-based, engineering-driven process."
