DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
DIRICKX Systems Ltd., United Kingdom (SPE8E6-26-D-0005); Hesco Bastion Ltd., Leeds, United Kingdom (SPE8E6-26-D-0006) and Maccaferri Inc., Hagerstown, Maryland (SPE8E6-26-D-0007), are sharing a maximum $200,000,000 fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under solicitation SPE8E6-25-R-0003 for expeditionary barrier systems. This was a competitive acquisition with 11 responses received. These are two-year base contracts with three one-year option periods. Locations of performance are United Kingdom, Poland, Italy, South Carolina, and Maryland, with an Aug. 3, 2028, ordering period end date. NAVY
Rockwell Collins Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is awarded $82,040,906 for a firm-fixed-price contract (N00383-26-D-0014) to provide logistics, repair and spare support for the AN/ARC-210(V) radio system - to include iterations GEN5 and GEN6. The five-year contract includes no option provisions. Work performed under this contract will only be in response to awarded delivery orders and all work will be completed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, by July 2031. At the time of award, no Foreign Military Sales (FMS) are involved, however standard cooperative logistics supply support arrangement language is included in the contract as a contingency measure in case future FMS requirements arise that were not originally forecast. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $16,408,181 will be obligated at the time of award to fund delivery order N00383-26-F-0001 and those funds do not expire. Subsequent delivery orders under the resultant contract will be funded with appropriate fiscal working capital funds (Navy). One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) with one offer received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.
BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair Inc., Norfolk, Virginia, is awarded a $14,572,924 modification to exercise options on a previously awarded contract N00024-26-C-4405 for the USS Iwo Jima (LHD-7) Fiscal 2026 Selected Restricted Availability.
