BeaverFit North America LLC, Reno, Nevada, was awarded a $350,000,000 firm-fixed-price, single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the design and construction of Holistic Health and Fitness structures, other human performance structures, wide span structures, and human performance equipment and systems as outlined in the Small Business Innovation and Research H2F Readiness Kit. One bid was solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 4, 2033. Guernsey & Co., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was awarded a $48,104,541firm-fixed-price, single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Army Utility Program policy assistance, program management support, utility system evaluations, technical analysis for system upgrades, and utility privatization technical support. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 31, 2031. Xtremis Inc.,* Washington, D.C., was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for research and development of AI and machine learning methods for the detection of UAS. The amount of this action is $13,905,295, with a total cumulative face value of $46,827,900. One bid was solicited with one received. Work will be performed in West Fork, Arkansas, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 30, 2029. Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $2,700,000 were obligated at the time of the award. CORRECTION: The $25,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (W15P7T-26-D-A004) announced on July 30, 2026, to Raytheon Co., Fullerton, California, for depot-level repair, engineering and obsolescence sustainment of the AN/USC-28(V) strategic communications terminal was actually awarded Aug. 3, 2026.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

DIRICKX Systems Ltd., United Kingdom (SPE8E6-26-D-0005); Hesco Bastion Ltd., Leeds, United Kingdom (SPE8E6-26-D-0006) and Maccaferri Inc., Hagerstown, Maryland (SPE8E6-26-D-0007), are sharing a maximum $200,000,000 fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract under solicitation SPE8E6-25-R-0003 for expeditionary barrier systems. This was a competitive acquisition with 11 responses received. These are two-year base contracts with three one-year option periods. Locations of performance are United Kingdom, Poland, Italy, South Carolina, and Maryland, with an Aug. 3, 2028, ordering period end date. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2028 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

CORRECTION: The contracts announced on July 23, 2026, for The Coca-Cola Co., Atlanta, Georgia (SPE300-26-D-0001); and PepsiCo Beverage Sales LLC, doing business as Pepsi Bottling Group, Purchase, New York (SPE300-26-D-0002), for $9,000,000 were announced with an incorrect award date. The correct award date is July 29, 2026. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

NAVY

Rockwell Collins Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is awarded $82,040,906 for a firm-fixed-price contract (N00383-26-D-0014) to provide logistics, repair and spare support for the AN/ARC-210(V) radio system - to include iterations GEN5 and GEN6. The five-year contract includes no option provisions. Work performed under this contract will only be in response to awarded delivery orders and all work will be completed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, by July 2031. At the time of award, no Foreign Military Sales (FMS) are involved, however standard cooperative logistics supply support arrangement language is included in the contract as a contingency measure in case future FMS requirements arise that were not originally forecast. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $16,408,181 will be obligated at the time of award to fund delivery order N00383-26-F-0001 and those funds do not expire. Subsequent delivery orders under the resultant contract will be funded with appropriate fiscal working capital funds (Navy). One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1) with one offer received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair Inc., Norfolk, Virginia, is awarded a $14,572,924 modification to exercise options on a previously awarded contract N00024-26-C-4405 for the USS Iwo Jima (LHD-7) Fiscal 2026 Selected Restricted Availability. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by May 2028. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $14,572,924 will be obligated at the time of award and are not scheduled to expire until two years after award. Mid Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

L3 Technologies Inc., was awarded a $22,600,376 maximum ceiling, requirements indefinite-delivery contract for the Multifunctional Information Distribution System Low Volume Terminal and Joint Tactical Radio System. This contract provides for the repair of MIDS LVT and JTRS equipment. Work will be performed at Salt Lake City, Utah, and is expected to be completed by August 2, 2031. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to various countries. This contract was a sole source acquisition. No funds are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division, San Antonio, Texas, is the contracting activity (FA8307-26-D-B001). (Awarded on August 3, 2026).
