Updated Guidance: Applications for Compensation by Debtors' Attorney in Chapter 13 Cases

The Court has updated its Guidance: Applications for Compensation by Debtors' Attorneys in Chapter 13 Cases. The updates appear in a new footnote on page 2 and in part VIII. The updates are intended to provide additional guidance for completing question 5 on Local Form 2016-1 and when filing applications that do not ask for the presumptively reasonable fee. The updated Guidance may be found on the Local Rules and Attorney Procedures pages of the Court's website.
