Marcus & Millichap Arranges Sale of Net-Leased Kum & Go Property in Missouri

SPRINGFIELD, Mo., Jan. 21, 2025 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased Kum & Go gas station property in Springfield, Missouri. The property sold for $6,631,781.

Nichols, Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, an Arkansas LLC, and procured the buyer, an Iowa LLC. Kum & Go is located on 1.55 acres at 2963 E. Division St. The property is under an absolute triple-net lease with 15 years remaining. Kum & Go has operated at this location since 1991. In 2019, the original building was demolished and rebuilt with an expanded design. The property sits in a prime retail corridor off Interstate 65, surrounded by national retailers including Walmart, McDonald's and Chick-fil-A.
