The 102nd Burning of Zozobra
The 102nd Burning of Zozobra takes place Friday, September 4, 2026, at Fort Marcy Park. Gates open at 4 p.m., with the program beginning at 6 p.m. The Burning of Zozobra and fireworks finale will take place after dark, weather and wind permitting.
Residents and visitors should plan ahead for significant road closures, traffic impacts, facility closures, and restricted access around Fort Marcy Park before, during, and immediately after the event.
