Item 8.01 Other Events.

The Moffett Gateway Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 7.3% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of December 1, 2016 relating to the JPMCC Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust 2016-JP4 filed as Exhibit 4.3 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 27, 2017 (the "JPMCC 2016-JP4 PSA"). Pursuant to Section 7.01(d) of the JPMCC 2016-JP4 PSA, LNR Partners, LLC was removed as special servicer of the Moffett Gateway Mortgage Loan and Green Loan Services LLC ("Green Loan"), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the Moffett Gateway Mortgage Loan under the JPMCC 2016-JP4 PSA.

In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of March 19, 2026, the Moffett Gateway Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the JPMCC 2016-JP4 PSA, by Green Loan. Green Loan maintains its principal special servicing office at 1 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York, New York 10017 and its telephone number is (212) 594-2700.
