New David Weekley homes are now selling in the Matthews, NC, community of Cadia Village.

Charlotte, NC (May 4, 2026): David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is now selling townhomes and single-family homes in the master-planned community of Cadia Village in Matthews, NC.
