Greenberg Traurig’s Nate Emeritz Elected as a Fellow of the American College of Governance Counsel

Emeritz, a Corporate shareholder in the firm's Delaware office, has been elected to the 2025 Class of Fellows of the American College of Governance Counsel (ACGC). This prestigious honor recognizes Emeritz's leadership and excellence in the field of corporate governance law.

Emeritz is widely respected for advising public and private companies on complex governance matters, including board and committee structure, fiduciary duties, and regulatory compliance. The ACGC is a professional, educational, and honorary association of distinguished corporate governance lawyers from the United States and Canada.
