Winter 2025 Commencement, December 13

Illinois State University's winter commencement will be held in two ceremonies on Saturday, December 13, 2025, in CEFCU Arena. Each of these ceremonies will include the student processional, speeches from university officials, and students receiving their diploma cover as they cross the commencement stage when their name is read.

• 9 a.m.: College of Arts and Sciences, College of Education, Mennonite College of Nursing, and Interdisciplinary Studies
• 1 p.m.: College of Applied Science and Technology, College of Business, and Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts

Illinois State will celebrate approximately 1,259 Redbirds who have earned degrees, with more than 983 scheduled to participate in ceremonies.

Family, friends, and supporters unable to attend winter commencement in person will still be able to watch the morning and afternoon ceremonies live on their computer or mobile device.
