City Office Phone Lines Down; 911 Service Not Affected
City office phones lines are currently down due to a larger outage issue with our provider. 911 services and the Police non-emergency number, (972) 317-6551, are not affected. If you need to contact City offices, please use the Staff Directory to email the appropriate department, email [email protected] or come to the office and a staff member will help you. We apologize for the inconvenience and are assured our provider is working quickly to resolve the issue.
