INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested Matthew A. Moses following an investigation involving the theft of a tractor. Moses was charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a class D Felony, and Forgery in the Second Degree, a class D Felony.
Moses was arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment and released pending future appearance in the Argyle Town Court.
