(7/17/26) We're writing to share an update on upcoming construction activities for the NE Halsey and 60th Ave Area Project. The finish is in sight as we move into the final phases of concrete work. Please see the current schedule below:

July 20-24

NE 60th Ave and NE Holladay Street Excavation work to prepare for stormwater improvements and new ADA curb ramps

SE corner of NE Halsey and NE 60th Ave Installation of a pole for the improved pedestrian crossing

July 27-31

Both NE 60th Ave and Holladay Street and the SE corner of NE Halsey & NE 60th Ave Forming and pouring concrete for ADA curb ramps

August 4-7

SE corner of NE Halsey and NE 60th Ave Paving around the newly constructed ADA curb ramp

Mid-August

Project-wide: Long-line striping. Construction of mid-block pedestrian crossing islands east of NE 50^th and NE 55^th avenues.
