Citizen Engagement Hotline now available to all regional and local authorities

MIP4Adapt has extended its Citizen Engagement Hotline service to all European Regional and Local Authorities, making it easier than ever for them to access support with engaging citizens and stakeholders in developing effective and inclusive climate adaptation actions.

The Hotline provides direct, on-demand support to authorities seeking to strengthen their engagement with residents and communities, helping them to identify the right engagement methods, reach different audiences, and turn participation into meaningful outcomes.

Regional and local authorities can benefit from personalised coaching from experienced citizen engagement practitioners and support in applying the tools and methods presented in the DIY Manual to their own local context.

Support is available across a range of topics, including deliberative processes, creative engagement, outreach, facilitation, and evaluation. A multilingual pool of specialists is available, with each request matched to an expert based on the topic and the specific needs of the region.

The Citizen Engagement Hotline is accessible through the MIP4Adapt Helpdesk. Simply submit a request and select 'Support with Citizen Engagement - Access the Citizen Engagement Hotline' as the subject of your request.

Whether you are planning a consultation, designing a co-creation process, seeking to involve new audiences, or looking for practical advice on engagement methods, the Hotline is available to help.

Contact the Hotline via the Helpdesk.
