Resignation of Director
On February 23, 2026, Michael Wykrent resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Greenway Technologies, Inc., a Texas corporation (the "Company"), effective immediately.
The resignation of Mr. Wykrent was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, its management, or the Board on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or strategic direction.
