Austin Industrial Welcomes Aaron Shermer

LA PORTE, TX - Austin Industrial is pleased to announce that Aaron Shermer will join the company as Senior Vice President of Construction.

Mr. Shermer brings more than three decades of experience and leadership to Austin Industrial, with a notable success driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational scale across projects throughout the United States. Since 2018, Aaron served as President of Bayou City Industrial, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, P&L, business development, market expansion and positioning, and long-term value creation for existing and new clients across the nation. Prior to Bayou City Industrial, Aaron's history included roles at Enerfab, Inc., The Shaw Group, and Burns & McDonnell, where he served in a wide variety of executive leadership and operational disciplines.
