ONEUNG supports strategic big bets

From April 20-May 1, the University of North Georgia (UNG) community will come together for "ONEUNG - Bold Forward," a university-wide giving campaign focused on invigorating the institution's seven strategic big bets. This year the campaign highlights 20 impactful projects with a combined goal of more than $150,000 in support of students, faculty and staff across UNG.

"During this exciting campaign, alumni, donors and friends join forces to support what matters most: scholarships that open doors, programs that spark curiosity and opportunities that empower every student to thrive," said Alberto Perez, UNG director of annual giving. "It's a moment to bring bold ideas to life and strengthen UNG's future in meaningful ways."

Several projects also feature giving challenges that double impact by matching gifts. For example, this year the Eagle Fund - supporting cadet scholarships - is offering the largest match in its history: a $100,000 dollar-for-dollar challenge. This fund is already nearing its goal and could gain a major boost from ONEUNG.
