Board of Commissioners Proclaims Oct. 5-11 as 4-H Week

During an Oct. 2 regular meeting, the Board of Commissioners proclaimed the week of Oct. 5-11, 2025, as 4-H Week in Forsyth County.

The 4-H program has assisted in the growth and development of students in Georgia and Forsyth County for over 120 years by helping members acquire the essential elements of positive youth development such as generosity, belonging and independence.

The Board encourages all residents to explore the education and leadership opportunities the 4-H programs offer students.
