DETROIT - Honigman LLP announced today that Arik Hirschfeld and Daniel (Doni) Kessler have joined the firm as partners who will be based in the firm's Israel office.
Hirshfeld, who joined from Paul Weiss's New York office, is an investment funds regulatory attorney with Investment Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, Commodity Exchange Act, and federal securities laws expertise.
Kessler, who joined from Seyfarth Shaw's New York office, is a transactional real estate attorney who counsels lending institutions, institutional investors, Fortune 100 companies, family offices, contractors, developers, and hospitality and resort operators.

Hirshfeld earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from Yeshiva University. Kessler earned his J.D. from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and his B.A. from City University of New York, Queens College.
