Notice of Utility Tariff Filing
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) filed TA580-8, seeking approval of updated tariff provisions for its Time of Use Pilot Program (Pilot Program) reflecting a 12-month delay in implementation. Chugach is proposing to update the Pilot Program commencement date and the 54-month timeline to begin on January 1, 2027. Chugach will begin the process of member enrollment no later than October 1, 2026, and continue enrollment through November 30, 2026.
This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification that varies from those proposed.
