Bankruptcy Clerk's Office Closed - Friday January 10, 2025

In light of the inclement weather, both the Benton and East St. Louis Bankruptcy Clerk's offices in the Southern District of Illinois will be closed on Friday, January 10, 2025. The courthouses will be open, however, all staff will be in telework status. The Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system will be available as usual. Paper filings may be placed in the drop box located at the public entrance. The Clerk's Offices in East St. Louis and Benton will resume normal hours at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, January 13, 2025.
