M&M Gravel, LLC
Nikiski, Alaska
March 2, 2026
Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following:
APPLICANT: M&M Gravel, LLC
PROJECT NAME: ADL 234026
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Nikiski, Alaska
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Sections 26 and 35 of Township 7 North, Range 12 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
The south 33 feet of Section 26, Township 7 North, Range 12 West, Seward Meridian
The north 33 feet of Section 35 of Township 7 North, Range 12 West, Seward Meridian
REQUESTED DEVELOPMENT: The applicant has requested approval for the construction of a roadway within two asserted section line easements approximately 2200 feet in length and 66 feet in width for a total of 2.32 acres, more or less. The purpose of the proposed easement is to develop a gravel road, 24 feet in width, to access a land-locked parcel. Construction activities will include clearing, grubbing, and import of graded gravel material. The development, if approved, may differ from that described herein.
COMMENTS: Comments should address the impact of the proposed development on current or future access uses of this existing easement. Comments must be in writing for consideration.
DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: March 16, 2026
The public is invited to comment on this activity. To ensure consideration, written comments or emails must be received by the Division of Mining, Land and Water at Southcentral Regional Land Office, 550 West 7th Avenue, Suite 900C, Anchorage, Alaska 99501 on or before the date noted above. After review and adjudication, we may issue an authorization with stipulations for the activity. The activity may be modified during the review and adjudication process.
