ACM verlengt ontheffing GDS van Twence
Op 24 juli 2025 heeft de Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM) een verzoek tot verlenging ontvangen van Twence B.V. voor het gesloten distributiesysteem dat is gelegen binnen de kadastrale percelen die bekend staan als LONNEKER Sectie L nummers 2013, 1989, 1939, 1993, 1927, 1994, 2010, 1856, 1827 en 1828 te Enschede.
De ACM verlengt op verzoek van Twence B.V. de ontheffing voor een periode van tien jaar vanaf 19 augustus 2025.
