"Sites that were brownfields are now home to thousands. Where a chain link fence once separated factory buildings from the Long Island Sound, the water is now publicly accessible. Neglected infrastructure has been revamped. The renderings were always full of kids and dogs and people having fun … you come down here [Harbor Point] on a Saturday in the summer and it looks just like that."
