Another batch of humanitarian aid consisting of electrical equipment was sent to Ukraine

Another batch of electrical equipment, allocated by the Republic of Azerbaijan as humanitarian aid to Ukraine, was dispatched today from Sumgayit Technologies Park.

The delivery of this assistance is being carried out by the Ministry of Energy in accordance with the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev dated 16 January 2026.

The shipment of humanitarian includes a total of 12 low-voltage panels, 11 generators, 5 transformers and 27,000 meters of cables and wires.

The total amount of aid, requested by Ukraine, is 1 million USD.

It should be noted that Azerbaijan has previously provided humanitarian assistance to Ukraine in the field of electricity supply.

The total volume of humanitarian aid provided to Ukraine including recovery and reconstruction-oriented support has already exceeded 45 million USD.
