CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES
La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2025-00028507 de 17 de septiembre de 2025, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por la compañía PLÁSTICOS DEL LITORAL PLASTLIT S.A. cuya oferta pública de la SÉPTIMA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE CORTO PLAZO O PAPEL COMERCIAL fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2023-00039864 del 12 de junio de 2023 por el monto de hasta USD $4'000.000,00 amparada por garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
