Northeast Dairy Innovation Summit to Highlight Opportunities for Growth and Innovation
March 4, 2026 - Dairy farmers, processors, and stakeholders from across the region are gathering in Albany, NY for the Northeast Dairy Innovation Summit on March 10-11. Hosted by the Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center (NE-DBIC), the Summit offers workshops on Dairy Farm Innovation and Modernization, Processing Modernization and Expansion, Dairy Workforce Development and Policy.
The Summit theme of Dynamic Dairy: Opportunities at Every Scale highlights a range of opportunities for dairy farms and processors of all sizes. Dairy farmers and processors will gain strategies for implementing innovative technology, modernizing the farm and processing plant, working with technical assistance for long-term viability, growing the dairy workforce, and leading dairy businesses through change.
With an emphasis on regional cooperation, the two-day conference will open with state leaders: New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Commissioner Richard Ball and Vermont Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets, Anson Tebbetts will speak on Tuesday, March 10.
Two Keynote speakers will offer insights on dairy workforce development, innovation, and leading through change. Krysta Harden, CEO of US Dairy Export Council will speak on March 10, and Adeline Druart, CEO of Lawson's Finest Liquids will speak on March 11.
