Construction Zones Call for Extra Vigilance Near School Zones

All Stafford County students and staff will be back in school next week. Drivers should slow down and pay close attention to buses, students walking and new drivers as well as changing speed limit zones. Additionally, Stafford County has begun four different transportation projects in the last year. While most work is scheduled to avoid the start and end of the school day, there may be changes in traffic flow around projects. Stafford asks that drivers be extra vigilant in obeying traffic rules and keeping students safe in light of construction.
