DODD's Office of Compliance is restructuring to better serve the field. In recent history, Compliance's mangers have been divided into Accreditation, Review, and Sanctions Managers with managers assigned to specific county board superintendent regions. This resulted in county boards having different contacts in the Office of Compliance depending on the issue.
Effective immediately, to streamline communications and simplify the process for counties seeking assistance, the Office of Compliance will no longer use the county board superintendent regions or distinguish between Accreditation/Compliance Review Managers. Each county will now have one assigned manager in the Office of Compliance. Any questions regarding provider reviews or accreditations can be directed to that manager The updated map reflecting the manager assigned to each county is attached. The assignments are additionally reflected in the attached chart with contact information. COGs should contact the manager of the county in which a review is occurring with any questions. County Board and COG reviewers may see the review manager change for their reviews in RDS as we update the DODD manager for these reviews.
Additionally, there have been numerous personnel changes within the Office of Compliance. The management team currently consists of:
Please note that there is currently a vacancy for a Compliance Manager. The Counties that will be assigned to the new manager are temporarily assigned to another manager as outlined on the attached document. These counties should contact [email protected] or (614) 557-0013 with any non-review related questions. Once a new manager is hired, the Office of Compliance will send out a revised map and contact list.
Katie Willi and Tina Haggerty will continue to serve as managers for accreditations scheduled over the course of the next three months (January to March). During that time, we will be cross-training managers. To that end, you may see additional managers "shadowing" accreditation reviews as noted on the revised accreditation schedule.
Feel free to contact Stephanie Deters with any questions regarding these changes.
