Upcoming opportunities from the Employee Wellness Program, organized through The Center for Health Education and Wellness (CHEW), will include Weekly Wellness Classes, a variety of special events, and a new series, Wellness Spotlight, featuring expert speakers and community resources on a range of wellness topics.

Flu shots will be available Friday, October 2, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Long Center lobby.
Also available: Shingles vaccinations and blood pressure checks.

In collaboration with Human Resources, "25 Documents You Need," a practical financial wellness session to help understand important documents and prepare for the financial future will take place on Thursday, Oct. 29 from 12:00 -1:00 p.m.
The Alzheimer's Association will share valuable information, resources, and insights related to Alzheimer's disease and dementia on Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 12:15 -12:50 p.m.
All faculty and staff who have not completed the Employee Wellness Survey offered at the Kickoff to Summer event are invited take a few minutes to share their input. Feedback will help CHEW better understand employee needs and shape future wellness programs and resources. All who complete the survey will be entered into a raffle.
