The EU Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) invites interested economic operators to participate in an Industry Day dedicated to the procurement procedure EUSPA/CP/08/26 "Multi-Component Security Monitoring System (MC SECMON)", published on 15 October 2026.

Taking place online on 4 November 2026 from 09:30 to 12:30 CET, the webinar will provide participants with an overview of the scope and objectives of the procurement, which aims to deliver a harmonised security monitoring capability across relevant components of the EU Space Programme and the Union Secure Connectivity Programme.

The Agency seeks to conclude a direct contract covering the design, development, deployment, verification and validation, and support to accreditation of the MC SECMON system, potentially building upon and extending existing EUSPA infrastructure.

The Industry Day will also guide participants through key aspects of the procurement process, including participation conditions, exclusion, selection and award criteria. Experts from EUSPA will present the legal, economic and financial capacity requirements, as well as the security, technical and professional capacity criteria applicable to the procedure.

In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to engage directly with EUSPA representatives during a dedicated Q&A session, allowing potential tenderers to seek clarification on the procurement requirements and process.

The deadline for submitting applications to participate in the procurement procedure is 8 December 2026.

Participation in the Industry Day is free of charge; however, prior registration is required.

Interested organisations are encouraged to register and take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about the procurement and prepare for participation in this strategic initiative supporting the security of EU space assets and services.
