Baker McKenzie Strengthens Tax practice with Addition of Sam Trowbridge in London
Leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, has hired Sam Trowbridge as a partner in the Firm's Tax team in London.
Sam joins from Kirkland & Ellis, where he worked, primarily, on the tax aspects of cross-border private equity and M&A transactions for a wide range of sponsors, and across a wide range of strategies (including buyout, infrastructure, credit, and real estate). He also advises on debt finance and capital market transactions, management tax considerations, and restructuring mandates, tax litigation, as well as advising fund managers on tax and structuring issues related to their funds.
